The EIP-712 AgentAuthorizationGrant the borrower signs. It bounds merchants and amounts. The grant must be ACTIVE before prepare will issue a voucher.

Borrower

The person who owns the credit facility, the wallet, and the debt.

Capture

POST /api/v1/facilitator/capture. Queues a signed voucher for the next settlement batch and returns a receipt. Not the same as CONFIRMED.

Facility

The borrower’s revolving credit limit. Headroom is reserved when a voucher is issued and becomes debt when the batch settles.

Facilitator

The merchant HTTP API that verifies, captures, and reports settlement status.

Handle

The borrower’s public name. Onboarding is incomplete until claim_handle succeeds.

The bytes32 id on the capture receipt. Poll settlement with it.

PAYMENT-SIGNATURE

The HTTP header the agent sends back to the merchant after signing the voucher.

SohoSettlementV2

The Base contract that pays merchants in a batch and records borrower debt.

Voucher

The unsigned, then Ed25519-signed, AgentPaymentVoucher returned as VOUCHER_ISSUED. It is not an on-chain transaction.

Workload key

The agent’s Ed25519 key. One per terminal. Never the borrower’s key.
