The borrower is the person on the credit facility. When they sign AgentAuthorizationGrant, they set the limits an agent may spend: merchants, per payment, and per period. Draws that policy allows and that later settle become debt on that facility. Repayment is the borrower’s USDC, authorized with their wallet. See Repayment. There is no separate operator checkbox at agent creation. If you operate the agent on someone else’s behalf, the person who signs the grant is still the borrower of record. Revoke the agent from the borrower side if the host is lost. Revocation stops new vouchers. It does not erase debt that has already settled.
