POST /facilitator/verify up to 120 times per minute and POST /facilitator/capture up to 30 times per minute. Shorter burst limits also apply. When you are limited, back off and retry the same capture with the same Idempotency-Key so a duplicate does not create a second receipt.
Spend limits. The agent grant and the credit facility cap how much USDC can be drawn. Those are policy decisions, returned as a denial, not as an HTTP 429.
Polls of settlement status should stay near one request every 2 seconds per payment. That cadence is what the status contract expects. Hammering it does not make a batch confirm faster. The flush interval is about 60 seconds.
